Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the CirtexHosting service as an affiliate. By signing up for the CirtexHosting affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated without notice. 2. You agree to sign up for an account with genuine user information, such as name, address, etc. Any account that does not meet this criteria will be terminated at the sole discretion of the CirtexHosting affiliate management team. 3. Before joining our affiliate program you must familiarize yourself with our web hosting plans and terms of service to ensure that you know what you are selling. Our FAQ page also covers a few questions and answers in relation to our services. 4. The client that you refer to us must continue utilizing our services for over 30 days for your referral commission to stay valid for that sale. You will need one hundred dollars in commission for payout. 5. You are allowed to refers or family but not yourself, you must send your referrals to your Affiliate Link in order to receive commission for their order. Same customer referred multiple times will not result in commission, it must be new orders. 6. We reserve the right to cancel the account at any time. 7. We reserve the right to revise our Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
