The main reason for suspensions are

• Using too much CPU / Memory time
• Billing / Payment Issues
• Abuse & Terms of Use Issues

If your account is constantly using too much CPU / Memory time. We strongly suggest, that you try to do some of the following, to try to lower your usage:

• Repair / Optimize your Databases
• Deactivate any unused plugins
• Install caching software
• Review your source code

Most of these problems can be resolved with some general clean up of your website.

Other options are to upgrade your hosting account to VPS Hosting or SemiDedicated Hosting.

If your account is suspended for Billing & Late Payment, you can:

1. Login to our Billing Center
2. Pay any UNPAID Invoices
3. Your account will then be unsuspended automatically
